AIP is a Sydney – based company, operating since 1997 (trading as Advance Injury Management Pty Ltd).

AIP is passionate about preventing workplace injuries and keeping people healthy, comfortable and happy at work. A healthy workplace is a happy and productive workplace.

AIP recognises that one third of our lives is spent at work and that many workplace injuries and illnesses are preventable by educating employees to work safely and adopt good work practices.

AIP empowers and motivates organisations to provide safe work environments in an effort to keep their employees safe, injury-free and happy. We offer a range of customised assessment and training services, specifically designed to meet the needs of each client.

AIP also has extensive experience working with organisations to manage non-compensable injuries, illnesses and disabilities. A workplace assessment, ergonomic assessment or functional capacity evaluation is a useful tool in identifying barriers which may be preventing employees from performing at their best.
