I didn't realise my kids were hunching over a tiny laptop for 6 hours a day - no wonder they are always sore in their neck and shoulders! Karen recommended them to use a Nextstand for $30 from Amazon and a wireless keyboard and mouse at school for better posture. Such a cheap, easy solution. 

    I thought I needed to throw my chair away, but it just needed adjusting. I would highly recommend getting Karen to your office or home office. Karen is such a beautiful human who loves to help people.
